Embrace Ease
A 2-month coaching program for dyslexic adults to manage stress.
A fully tailored program to help with:
-
improved productivity
-
less brain overload
-
sleep better
This private 1:1 coaching program is my answer to "fix this one thing" requests. I don't fix or solve anything. I don't believe in solving "a one thing" either. It usually leads to another thing, and to another thing.
I help you with new perspectives, strategies, and methods. Dyslexia is connected to many things. Let's tame the stress and see what unfolds.
Journey to Self
A 3-month 1:1 coaching program for dyslexic adults.
Transform your life through the power of:
-
self-acceptance
-
self-compassion
-
self-belief
-
self-love
This private 1:1 coaching program is for those who are frustrated with themselves. If you truly want to rewrite your story, this is the way to do it.
With a lifetime of negativity around dyslexia, it's time to create something positive. Learning new habits, strategies and methods for the rest of life takes time. Showering love to your refreshed self deserves three months.
Who am I
I believe dyslexia is a feature, not a limitation.
When you know how your dyslexia works you can work with it - not against it.
See, we dyslexics are taught to lead a non-dyslexic life.
It’s not sustainable long-term.
As a matter of fact, it just makes you dislike yourself.
We can take a different approach.
When you learn how your mind works,
You can perform at your highest level
Experience less anxiety
Have less dyslexic brain fog days
Experience more self-compassion, self-love, and self-acceptance
As a result, you have different opportunities and a different kind of life.
I used to be the dyslexic person who had everything difficult, until I learned key skills.
I tried and tested everything. It worked.
As an example I graduated from college in just 14 months.
Even getting in was not supposed to be possible.
These key skills became the key components of my coaching program.
I love helping dyslexics break through their limitations and step into their possibilities.
